| Brockway-Smith is a two-step distributor of millwork and associated products. From their four sites they distribute Andersen Windows, pre-hung doors, moulding, plus many other products. They went live on all four sites at the same time with RF Navigator in early 2003. |

- Efficiency: We have moved people from performing less productive tasks, such as checking stock and chasing paper to more productive, proactive tasks. When you walk into the warehouse today, you cannot help but notice the calm, orderly environment now in existence.
- Inventory Accuracy: We have improved inventory accuracy (correct product in the correct quantity in the correct location) from less than 80% to over 97% in the warehouse. We have complete confidence in our inventory. We are also able to reduce our on-hand inventory. Lost material is a thing of the past.
- Accurate Order Fulfillment: We have significantly reduced our customer service calls related to wrong product shipped.
- Accountability: Increase company-wide accountability. It is not just the warehouse that improves. WMS improves processes in all departments -- Sales, Accounting and the Shop. WMS forces all departments to work together and communicate.
